General Yoga Classes at Durlav Yoga Centre are designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels seeking to improve their overall health and well-being. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to practice, our welcoming, structured classes guide you toward greater strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Class Structure:

Each 60-90 minute session includes:

  • Warm-up and breathing exercises (Pranayama)

  • Dynamic asanas (yoga poses) tailored to all levels

  • Strength and flexibility-building sequences

  • Cool-down and stretching

  • Guided relaxation and meditation (Savasana)

Multiple Batch Options:

  • Morning Classes: 6:00-7:30 AM, 6:30-8:00 AM, 8:00-9:30 AM

  • Evening Classes: 5:00-6:30 PM, 6:30-8:00 PM

  • Sunday Special: 8:00-9:30 AM (Kids & General batches)
